Customer service representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

• Customer orders reception
• Ensuring the correct register of customer orders/forecast in the system
• Coordinating with planning & procurement deliveries to customer
• Negotiation with customer and/or facility to unify the targets of deliveries on time and company efficiency
• Orders/OTD/Sales follow up
• Improvement of service to customer and department efficiency
• Reporting relevant data to the manager of the department
• Meeting customer complaints from supply chain
• Planning support

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' of relevant work experience
• Master degree in supply chain
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
