  • Work closely with the veterinary and technician teams to ensure appointments, discharges, callbacks, and client requests are communicated and completed efficiently.
  • Help maintain the daily flow of the hospital by anticipating the needs of the medical team, communicating changes promptly, and keeping the front desk and lobby organized.
  • Follow Revel Vet’s Fear Free standards and help create a low-stress environment for both pets and their owners.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency while remaining calm, professional, and compassionate during busy periods and unexpected situations.
  • Assist with client follow-up, including appointment reminders, medical updates, prescription requests, and other communications as directed by the medical team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area consistent with Revel Vet’s Fear Free standards.
  • Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic environment is preferred/required.
