Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our retail account team. The CSR will assist customers with their orders, answer product and service-related inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide an excellent overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, promotions, and services.
• Provide updates on order status, shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
• Process cancellations, refunds, replacements, and other order-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Verify customer information and order details accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and delivery to resolve customer issues.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Meet assigned performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, attendance, and productivity.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,500.00 per month
