What they need
Customer Service Rep needed for a subcontracting company. We are seeking someone who is a team player, who is detail oriented, takes initiative and is motivated to work! This is a full time job Monday – Friday 8 to 5 position with room for growth.
Duties include (but are not limited to)
*Answer phone calls
*Greet and assist homeowners
*Manage and Maintain customer accounts
*Be professional
Requirements:
*Basic knowledge of Word, Outlook and excel
*Organization
*Punctuality
*1-2 years of Customer Service Background
*Must be a self starter
*Team oriented
*Customer Focused
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
