Customer Service Representative

We are hiring International Voice and chat Customer Support professionals with relevant experience for an opportunity in Mumbai.

• ​Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

• ​Shift: US and UK Shift
• ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience
• ​Education: 10+2 / 10+3 Diploma / Graduate
• ​Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

​Key Requirements:

• ​Minimum 1 year of International Voice experience is mandatory.
• ​Experience in Customer Support and Upselling.
• ​Telecom process experience will be relevant.
• ​Candidates must be comfortable working from the Bengaluru location.
• ​Candidates should be comfortable working in night shifts.
• ​Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills required.

​Compensation & Benefits:

• ​Salary: Up to 30% hike based on experience and previous fixed pay. Final salary range will be discussed during the interview.
• ​Cab Facility: Available within a 30 KM radius and within city limits.
