We have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our South Auckland Branch in Wiri. This role offers the flexibility to be either part-time or full-time, making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a position that suits their lifestyle.

The skills of the person we are looking for:

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work
• A high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and confident working independently
• Engaging, professional and respectful interpersonal style of dealing with the broad range of staff and customers
• Strong verbal communication skills, including a professional, articulate and courteous telephone manner and clear, fluent English
• Customer service experience, including the ability to manage challenging interactions and resolve problems effectively

What you will be doing:

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Tracking freight movements throughout New Zealand and providing customers with timely updates
• Managing a range of customer service matters and working with internal teams to resolve enquiries effectively
