Our Glasgow-based client is expanding its customer engagement team and is hiring Customer Service Representatives to start immediately. This is a full-time, face-to-face role with full paid training, so no previous experience is required. It's ideal if you want to start a career in customer service, sales or marketing.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will speak directly with customers in the areas where they live, shop and work across Glasgow. You will explain products and services clearly and give every customer a friendly, professional experience.

This is an in-person, people-focused role for anyone who enjoys meeting new people and building rapport quickly. There are clear opportunities to progress as you develop your skills.
