Customer Service Associate (Shipping & Print Store)
Location: 5290 Matt Hwy, Cumming, GA
Pay: $11 to $14 per hour, based on experience
Type: Part-time / Full-time

About the Role
We're a busy neighborhood shipping, printing, and mailbox store looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team. You'll be the face of the store, helping customers get what they need quickly and with a smile.

What You'll Do

• Help customers in person and on the phone
• Process shipping, printing, mailbox, and other store services
• Use computers, phones, and store equipment
• Keep the store clean and organized
• Learn our products and services

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers, with good typing skills
• Reliable and always on time
• Able to lift 40+ pounds
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus
