Job title: Customer Service Representative (Sales Support)

Time Off :

• Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years
• 6 paid holidays annually
• Personal birthday day off
• 6 sick days per year

Schedule :

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday-Saturday with one floating weekday off
• Daily hours: 7.5-10 hours (varies by business needs)

Requirements / Qualifications:

• 3+ years in customer service, retail sales support, showroom, hospitality, or other fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Commute to our showroom in Glendale, Queens will take less than one hour under normal circumstances
• Can work Saturdays
• Highly organized, high-energy professional with the ability to anticipate needs and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced showroom environment
• Genuine desire and patience to assist clients throughout their showroom experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse customers
• Strong multitasking abilities with proven track record of managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new processes and work within organized systems
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Forms)
• Comfortable with basic math and using calculators for calculations

About the Role:

Tiles Unlimited is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to serve as the central hub of our showroom. This is a customer-facing role responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for every customer while supporting our Tile Consultants throughout the sales process. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, multitasking, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
