CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – FULL-TIME

Working as an in-office Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for various entities of the business. You must have a strong interest in supporting co-workers and customers, and the company’s efforts with the development of existing and prospective customers.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

Supporting the company’s sales and customer service activities.
Maintaining information regarding suppliers and vendors.
Gathering supplier pricing information to create sales quotes.
Entering purchase orders and assisting with inventory management.

Entering CRM information.
Communicating information with co-workers when necessary.
Organizing and filing office paperwork.
Handling special projects and other tasks as required.
Assisting with answering incoming phone calls.

Position Qualifications:

Positive attitude with a desire to assist others.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn a new computer software.
Detail oriented and the ability to follow directions well.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic mathematical skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills

Work shift is weekday, daytime. Expected pay range for this position is between $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k matching, paid time off (paid sick time and vacation) and holidays.
