Customer Service Representative

This position is the Bank’s key representative displaying courtesy and professionalism in handling new accounts and customer service related questions. It requires extensive product knowledge to support frequent customer contact in the development of new business through the completion of requests, following up and calling on existing customers, all with a personal touch in making them feeling welcome and building relationships. It is crucial that this individual is able to multi task and work efficiently and maintain close contact with customers.
