What they need
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage customer interactions in a friendly, courteous, accurate, and professional manner. Primary communication will occur by telephone and email. Candidates must be proficient with Windows‑based computer systems, the Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and general office equipment. Experience with Odoo ERP software is a plus. Strong teamwork skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
