Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build lists of U.S. clinics, billing departments, and physician groups
• Reach out to practice administrators, billing managers, and CFOs by cold call, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify pain points such as high denial rates, AR backlogs, and collection gaps
• Book qualified appointments for Account Executives
• Keep accurate call notes, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects, and meetings booked
• Share market feedback with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts and messaging

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of international sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales experience (U.S., UK, or Gulf markets)
• Proven record of meeting calling, lead, or appointment targets
• Strong spoken and written English, with confidence on calls with U.S. decision-makers
• Comfortable with high call volumes, gatekeepers, and objection handling
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Willing to work the U.S. night shift on-site

Office hours: 6pm - 3am (Night Shift)
