Customer Service Representative

Our global business partner, which operates in textile industry, is looking for a " Customer Service Representative" .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile company.

• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with different departments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and follow up the entire process from customer order to delivery.

• Maintain close and effective communication with customers to ensure their requests are handled in a timely manner.

• Register and follow up customer complaints with the relevant departments.

• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up the process until completion.

• Carry out the necessary preliminary preparations in line with customer requirements.

• Report directly to the Customer Service Manager Europe.

• Prepare customer samples and coordinate their shipment.
