Location: Jami Commercial, DHA Phase 7, Karachi
Compensation: PKR 35,000 – 50,000 / month
The Role:
Be the friendly, helpful voice of Emigrants! We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service Representative to assist our clients, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Provide swift, accurate, and empathetic solutions to customer questions.
- Maintain organized, detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills (English & Urdu).
- A natural problem-solver with a patient, positive attitude.
- Previous customer support, sales, or client-facing experience is a strong plus.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
