Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional CSR to manage client inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure the timely resolution of service-related issues. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build positive client relationships while maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Address complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely closure.
• Build positive relationships and maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience in customer service or client handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, complaint-handling, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
