Customer Service Representative

At SmartEvals, you’ll make a real impact with just a handful of calls each day, focusing on building strong customer relationships and helping users get the most out of our software.

You’ll guide customers through troubleshooting, identify issues, and teach them to use the system effectively. You’ll also work closely with our programming team to resolve technical problems and keep everything running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills:

We require candidates to have/be:

· 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience.

· A passion for helping customers and solving problems.

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Comfortable with computers and technology (Online meeting platforms, Excel, Word, Google Drive, etc.)

· Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills

· A proactive, self-starting attitude with a willingness to learn new software and technologies.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask

We prefer candidates to have/be:

· Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).

· Experience in higher education or working with educational institutions.

· College degree

· Casual dress code and a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

· Full time position, Monday through Friday (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) with paid lunch, flexible scheduling and some overtime during our busiest seasons.

· This is an in-office position at our Buffalo location: 435 Cleveland Dr, Buffalo, NY 14225.

Compensation & Benefits:

· Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour with bonus potential
