Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and other communication channels.

* Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and within defined timelines.

* Maintain accurate customer records and follow process guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

* Achieve assigned quality and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum **1 year of experience in an International Customer Service Process**.

* Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.

* Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Comfortable working in **24/7 rotational shifts**.

* Candidates willing to work from **Thane** preferred.
