If so, Coastal Bath Co. is experiencing tremendous growth and currently looking for a few great people to join our team. As one of our customer service representatives you will be responsible for providing our customers with superior customer service from start to finish. Daily tasks will include calling out to potential customers, data entry, scheduling sales calls, screening potential customers, following up on customer inquiry and emails, and other various duties as assigned. We offer thorough on the job training so you can master our systems and processes. Plus, ongoing support afterwards and continuing education on products and methodology for career success.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

Ability to work 8 hours or more per day

Demonstrated ability to problem solve & think on your feet

Positive attitude & high energy level

Willingness to be coached & trained (constructive criticism)
