We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions about our products, services, parts, and orders.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer emails and phone inquiries clearly and professionally.

• Provide product, service, and parts information.

• Help customers place orders and check order status.

• Coordinate parts requests, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges.

• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

• Work with our service and fulfillment teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Good organization and attention to detail.

• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.

• Dependable, patient, and willing to learn our products.

• Customer service or order support experience preferred.
