Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for a US Healthcare blended process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience handling international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality.
• Adhere to process guidelines and performance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a fixed US shift.
• Candidates with recent lead generation or B2B experience are not eligible.

Interview Process: Only 2 rounds.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
