CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ON-SITE)
Pantofusion Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a client.
Salary: ₦80,000 Monthly
Location: Agege Axis, Lagos
Work Mode: On-Site
Key Responsibilities
✅ Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
✅ Handle customer complaints, requests, and follow-ups
✅ Deliver excellent customer service across all channels
✅ Engage customers primarily via WhatsApp & Instagram
Requirements
✔ Customer service experience (online/digital experience is an advantage)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
✔ Customer-focused attitude with fast response time
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Preferred Locations
Candidates should live within or have easy access to:
Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Abule Egba, Ogba, Ikeja
