Customer Service Representative

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Customer Service

o Process customer orders and follow up with customers

o Issue the invoices in the system

o Stock management and control evaluation and analysis to be done (slow moving items and one shots)

o Follow the delivery of the purchase orders as well as the inventory in our external warehouse

o Run day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks

o Place monthly product purchases orders to head office

o Forecast the products quantities per reference twice per year for the production

o Help the marketing on the yearly one-shot products to be forecasted

o Montaji and registration of products procedures (MONTAJI, ESMA)

o Support with local team on daily tasks that may occur

REQUIREMENTS :

o Successful experience of minimum 5 years in supply chain/ logistics/ customer service and stock management (cosmetics industry preferable)

o Capacity to handle the inventory management

o Knowledge of the cosmetics world and perfumes is a plus

o Fluent English (writing and speaking).

o Knowledge of D365 an asset

o Excellent command ofExcel

o Well organized (planning, priority, respect of the deadlines) and customer oriented

o Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics is an asset

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
