Responsibilities

• Engage with clients via phone, E-Mail, and in person to address inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide project updates.
• Assist customers throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultation to post-service follow-up.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document client interactions, update records, and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Handle data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and project details.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, problem-solving issues, and offering timely solutions.
• Support sales efforts by promoting services, explaining product options, and assisting with quote preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Multilingual skills are highly preferred to effectively communicate with diverse client bases.
• Proven experience in customer support or client services within the roofing or construction industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and written correspondence abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Previous call center experience or outbound calling background is advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios; ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Bilingual capabilities are desirable to serve a broader range of clients effectively.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical proficiency in roofing/construction terminology is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $24.87 - $29.95 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
