Role Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is comfortable working with business clients, managing inquiries, and supporting project-based orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for B2B clients (phone, email, walk-ins)
• Understand business signage needs and gather project requirements
• Enter the orders and prepare estimates using our MIS system (CoreBridge)
• Coordinate with the production to ensure accuracy and timelines
• Follow up on all quotes, approvals, and ongoing projects
• Maintain organized customer and job records
• Support administrative and order-tracking tasks
• Assist with client communication before, during, and after production

Qualifications

• Previous B2B customer service, office admin, or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working with business clients and deadlines
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Proficient with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, documents)
• Familiarity with signage industry-standard tools and best practices
• Print, signage, marketing, or construction-related experience is a plus

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Willing to learn technical products and workflows
• Comfort reviewing artwork files (PDFs) and noting basic details

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
• Weekday availability required
• Some flexibility during peak project periods
