Customer Service Rep / Front Desk.

The CSR is the first point of contact to greet visitors by phone and/or in person. The CSR will greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, professional, warm and outgoing manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate department.

• Maintains office supplies and other materials required for departments or projects activities.

• Photocopies, faxes and scans documents and other clerical duties as assigned

• Assists employees and managers with administrative requests.

• Assists in parts ordering/parts inventory.

• Data Entry.

• Computer test proctoring.

Qualifications:

• Will have EXCELLENT interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be inviting and approachable.

• Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
