We are seeking a dependable motivated, and customer-focused Customer

service representative to join our team in Queenstown. In this position, you

will be responsible for supporting our daily operational activities and

ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service and operational support to customers.

• Collect & return customers to the airport in the shuttle van.

• Perform day-to -day duties including processing bookings, inspecting bookings, inspecting

vehicles, managing fleet check-ins/ check-outs, overseeing basic administrative tasks.

• Assist with fleet inventory, equipment, or facility maintenance as required.

• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are always maintained.

• Collaborate with team members to meet business goals

Guaranteed hours & Remuneration

• Guaranteed hours:

Guaranteed minimum of 30- 40 hours per week.

• Hourly rate:

Between $25.00 and $27.00, depending on experience.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous customer service experiences an advantage, however training & development provided.

• Full NZ Drivers Licence (or international equivalent).

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or public holidays.
