Customer Service Representative

Do you have a passion for people and a knack for delivering outstanding service? We’re on the lookout for a vibrant Customer Service Superstar to join our team on a permanent part-time basis and make every customer interaction a great one!

About the role

Based at the Customer Service Desk in Queensgate Shopping Centre, the key purpose of the Customer Service role is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.

The role hours will be:

• 5.75 hours per week
• Every Sunday, 12.00pm to 5.45pm

There is the potential for additional shifts when coverage is needed and extra hours during our busy Christmas period.

About you

• Confident, friendly, outgoing and caring about helping people
• Self-motivated with willingness to work alone and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or people-based role is preferred
• Computer literacy and previous computer experience would be beneficial
• Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous

Full training will be provided, with ongoing support from our friendly and supportive team.
