Customer Service Representative

Location: AXA Philippines, Binondo, Manila

We are looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated Office Staff to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Make outgoing calls to clients for follow-ups, updates, and coordination.
• Communicate with clients regarding their concerns, requests, and other business-related matters.
• Encode, update, and maintain client information and records accurately.
• Assist with daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Professional and confident in handling phone calls.
• Customer service, telemarketing, or administrative experience is an advantage but not required.
