You'll own customer relationships beyond the desk, working with account managers to help accounts grow. Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling enquiries, bookings and service needs in CargoWise
• Preparing freight quotes for existing customers
• Prioritising urgent bookings, quote requests and overseas office queries
• Finding practical alternatives when things don't go to plan
