Customer Service Representative

What you'll own

• Welcome customers across our branches and Head Office, delivering an outstanding first impression.
• Support customers with the Moneybase app, everyday banking, payments, cards, and account queries.
• Resolve customer queries or coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
• Support Investment Advisors with client administration, scheduling, documentation, and application processing.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
• Coordinate branch operations, appointments, reception activities, and day-to-day administration.
• Provide support across our branch network when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while following internal procedures and regulatory standards.

What we're looking for

• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using mobile apps, digital products, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing administrative tasks and working across multiple priorities.
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable, with the flexibility to support different branch locations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Strong written and spoken Maltese
• Relevant professional experience or tertiary education.
