Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for contacting customers for orders and upselling new items. Instant whip Foods is a Dairy and Ice Cream dessert Distributer serving eastern Pennsylvania We have been in business since 1934 . We pride ourselves on customer service and superior products. Our vision is to provide the best quality products and service to the ice cream industry and maintain a friendly and inviting working environment through a staff of friendly, diligent, hardworking people.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone and email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
• Data entry in various platforms
• File and scan customer records
• Contact customers for orders and promote additional products
• Enter information accurately into company system.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and pride in your work
• Demonstrates good computer skills and uses company systems effectively to complete daily tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and prioritize work responsibilities
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Hours are 8:00 am to 3:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
