• Graduate in any discipline
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Experience in Customer Service, Retention, Telecalling, Sales, Lead Generation, or Banking preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Handle customer retention activities and generate leads
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve process targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
