Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and organized person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, receiving and checking in dry cleaning and laundry orders, processing wash-and-fold orders (including washing, drying, folding, and packaging customers’ laundry), operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

To do well in this role, you should be comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, have basic computer skills, and be able to work efficiently while paying attention to detail.
