Customer Service Representative

Overview

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Blue Mountain, is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Chocolatier. This role combines exceptional customer service with the presentation, and packaging of our delicious chocolates and confectionery products. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for sweets and creativity, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Can work evenings and weekends
• Engage with customers while providing them with a positive experience.
• Dip and package confectionary items
• Assist customers with product recommendations
• Ensure a clean work environment
• Assist in making and selling hot chocolate
• Ability to multitask efficiently

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
