As a Customer Service Agent, you will support our U.S. customers by providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Document customer interactions and update information in internal systems.
• Follow established procedures, quality standards, and performance expectations.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
