Position: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: UAE
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent service.
- Maintain customer records and support business development.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; Hindi or other languages are an advantage.
