Customer Service Representative

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor (Medini 9)
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site
Basic Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,100 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries and provide professional support while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with service related issues and complaints.
• Follow established procedures to ensure effective issue resolution.
• Maintain service quality and achieve assigned performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification or SKM Level 3
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work 6 days per week on a rotational shift schedule.
• Able to work on site in Iskandar Puteri (Medini 9).
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week.
