Customer Service Representative

About the role

This role involves accurately encoding customer orders in the system and ensuring timely processing. You will support the order-to-delivery process by coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams, monitoring order status, and assisting in resolving delivery or order-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately encode customer orders in the system and ensure timely processing
• Support the order-to-delivery process by coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Monitor order status and assist in resolving delivery or order-related issues
• Maintain and timely update of customer Shipment Report
• Prepare and consolidate routine sales, order, and delivery reports
• Communicate delivery schedules, order updates, and stock availability to relevant stakeholders
• Assist with documentation and administrative requirements related to customer orders and deliveries
• Escalate service issues, stock concerns, or delivery delays to the manager for resolution
• Support continuous improvement of customer service and order management processes
• Volume and Value reconciliation of Sales per Month and preparation of KPI Data

About you

• College graduate of any course
• Preferably with CSR experience of 1-2 years
