About the Opportunity

As a Customer Account Representative, you'll work directly with customers in person, helping them understand available products and services, answering questions, and creating positive customer experiences.

You'll be responsible for:

Building relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions

Providing information about available products, services, and account options
Assisting customers with selecting services that fit their needs
Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
Working toward individual and team performance goals
Participating in ongoing training and skill development
