MM Home Improvement Center is a growing home improvement supplier specializing in cabinets, appliances, windows, doors, and more. We are looking for a motivated sales associate to assist customers in-store, online, and over the phone.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Recommend products (cabinets, range hoods, appliances, windows, doors)
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Create invoices and quotes (QuickBooks or system)
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Support online orders and basic product listing updates
• Maintain showroom appearance and product displays
• Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales mindset (comfortable closing deals)
• Basic computer skills (QuickBooks is a plus)
• Fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks
• English required ( Spanish is a big plus)
• Experience in home improvement

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
