Job Description – Inbound Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our inbound customer support team for an Australian vehicle insurance company. The role involves handling incoming customer calls, providing accurate information, resolving queries, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

This is a strictly non-sales process. There are no sales targets or sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance-related queries.
• Provide professional, accurate, and timely assistance to customers.
• Understand customer concerns and resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and communication.
• Follow company procedures and client guidelines while handling calls.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in international calling/BPO, preferably in customer support.
• Exceptional English communication skills, including fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and comprehension.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to handle customer queries confidently.
• Ability to work independently and maintain performance standards in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and 6 days a week.

Work-From-Home Requirements

Candidates must have the following:

• A personal laptop or computer suitable for professional calling.
• A stable and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
• A good-quality headset with a microphone.
• A quiet, distraction-free working environment.
• Availability to visit the office occasionally when required.

Location Preference: Candidates should be based in or around Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur, or nearby areas, as occasional office visits may be required.
