Customer Service Representative

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to manage client inquiries, coordinate follow-ups and visits, resolve concerns, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular client engagement.
• Schedule client meetings and visits with the sales team.
• Provide accurate information about company projects and services.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain updated client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Assist the sales team in achieving customer service and follow-up targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic CRM knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or call center operations is preferred.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
