Customer Service Representative

The Inside Sales Representative has two jobs: keep our existing customers well supported, and grow new sales of our repair services and used serviceable material (USM) . You will be the first point of contact for many customers — owning quotes, order follow-up and communication from enquiry to delivery — while actively building new accounts and repeat business.

Experience and qualificationsEssential

• At least 3 years in aerospace sales, customer service or account management — ideally in MRO, engine parts repair or aftermarket parts.
• Working knowledge of aircraft engine components and the parts aftermarket, including how USM is traded and valued.
• Understanding of aviation documentation and traceability: FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CoCs and back-to-birth records.
• Proven ability to prepare quotes, manage orders and follow up open opportunities to close.
• Clear, professional written and spoken communication with customers at all levels.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple urgent requests (including AOG).
• Comfortable with CRM / ERP systems and Microsoft 365.

Salary:

• 60,000-70,000 Base salary with additional open ended comission structure
