Customer Service Representative

ENTRY LEVEL POSITION, PAY AND HOURS ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE

THIS IS AN OFFICE/DESK POSITION/CUSTOMER SERVICE

HOURS ARE 7:30AM TO 4:30PM

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, orders and requests
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding matters

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• Previous experience in customer service or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
