Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Sales Representative will report to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

· Generate and process quotes and sales orders with accuracy, and follow up on inquiries

· Assist customers with product selection, pricing, inventory availability, and lead times

· Maintain strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate solutions and cross-sell where appropriate

· Collaborate with outside sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure customer satisfaction

· Coordinate returns, credits, and replacements in a professional and timely manner

· Track sales trends, customer feedback, and follow up on open orders and backorders

· Handle customer service issues with professionalism and efficiency

· Maintain accurate records and sales activities in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications:

· High school diploma, Associate degree a plus

· 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude

· Detail-oriented and highly organized

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

· Experience with ERP or CRM systems

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls

· Team player with a proactive and positive approach

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
