Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and policy information
• Process claims and handle customer complaints
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
• Provide exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of hiring
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
