Customer Service Representative

Overview:

Join our dynamic warehouse team as the Customer Service Representative, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our online customers.

Your role would include the following tasks:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls
• Answer all customer queries incoming by phone and mail
• Deal with missing packages and breakages including filing claims with shippers
• Take phone orders
• Communicate with customers about out of stock items
• Document customer interactions in database
• Maintain backorder and interest list spreadsheet

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and written grammer skills

The Bee's Knees is an independent, Women-owned, online retail store.

This position will be based at our Maynard fullfilment center. Initial hours will be 30 to 40 per week.

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role required
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and customers alike
• Excellent computer skills with a high level of inventory database and spreadsheet experience required
• Strong writing skills

This position will be based at our Maynard fullfilment center. Initial hours will be 25 to 35 per week with extra required during peak seasons.

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
