Key Responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and acknowledge sales orders in the ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Review customer purchase orders for accuracy.
• Process EDI-transmitted orders into the ERP system.
• Confirm shipping documentation.
• Maintain customer records and pricing.
• Communicate inventory levels to customers.
• Coordinate with quality and operations teams regarding customer issues.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with invoice questions.

Qualifications

• Experience using IQMS ERP software.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented attitude.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
