Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an individual who can provide excellent customer service on the telephone to our online clients and assist in fulfilling orders in the warehouse when not responding to customers.

Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers by phone to determine their unique needs and presenting appropriate products and services that will increase customer satisfaction
• Ensuring sales transactions are completed accurately, timely, and catered to the customer’s specifications.
• Placing orders for customers
• Informing customers of pricing options, sales promotions, anticipated delays, installation dates, or any additional information that they may need
• Approach each customer in an empathetic, professional, and courteous manner.
• Any other task assigned by the manager, including but not limited to picking orders in the warehouse, cleaning keys, bagging keys, or any other clerical work needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately
• Experience with inbound and outbound calls
• Multilingual abilities
• Typing skills and attention to detail

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
